The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced the following jobs Monday, May 16, through Friday, May 20, in Texas County:

Highway 17: MoDOT crews will be paving over the roadway surface to restore a smooth ride. While performing this function, crews and equipment are located directly on the roadway. Motorists are urged to exercise caution when moving past the work zone. Location: From the intersection of Route TT to the intersection of U.S. 63.

U.S. 60: MoDOT crews will do bridge maintenance to improve the section where the road and bridge meet and prevent deterioration of the bridge deck or structure. Location: EAST BOUND – Crews are working on the bridge over Route 63.

U.S. 63: MoDOT crews will be mowing, which controls roadside vegetation and improves sight distance. Location: From the intersection of U.S. 60 to Licking, Mo., city limits.

Route CC: MoDOT crews will be patching, which restores rideablility of the roadway surface. While performing this function, crews and equipment are located directly on the roadway. Motorists are urged to exercise caution when moving past the work zone. Location: From the intersection of Route C to the intersection of U.S. 63.

All work subject to change due to weather or priority adjustments. Motorists are urged to exercise caution while passing through work zones. Workers may be on or near the roadway. Signs will be posted and flag persons will be present in areas where traffic will be impacted.
