The Missouri Department of Transportation will perform the following jobs beginning Monday, June 6:

U.S.  60: MoDOT crews will do bridge maintenance to improve the section where the road and bridge meet and prevent deterioration of the bridge deck or structure. Location: EAST BOUND – Crews will be working on the bridge over Route 63. When the work zone is set up it will be in place for 24 hours.

U.S, 63: MoDOT crews will do bridge maintenance to improve the section where the road and bridge meet and prevent deterioration of the bridge deck or structure. Location: Crews will be working on the bridge located over Indian Creek.

Highway W: MoDOT crews will perform chip-seal resurfacing on roads that are in generally fair to better condition. The benefits include crack sealing, increased skid resistance and correction of minor rutting, which extends the life of the pavement in a cost effective way. Motorists should plan ahead and allow extra time due to a one-lane restriction. Work zone signs, flag persons and a pilot vehicle will be used during this operation. MoDOT urges motorists to proceed slowly through the work zone, especially while driving on the fresh-laid surface. Location: From the intersection of Route 17 North to the intersection of Route 17 South WEATHER PERMITTING. Road will be opened and closed in 30 minute intervals.
